Responsible for deliverables management for significant projects that will include design, architecture, deployments, upgrades, migrations and applications development. Deliver business technology solutions from receipt of a feasibility acceptance through implementation in a production ready state. Management of applications, projects, assignments, task and resource management in support of the business objectives. The Project Manager has overall accountability for the performance and results of assigned projects and deliverables. The objective is consistent delivery of committed projects on-schedule and with agreed scope.
Responsibilities include the full scope of project planning and project management activities, including staff allocation and direction, budgeting related to assigned projects; the supervision of team members, including programmers, business analysts; as well as the evaluation and development of team members. Success is measured by delivery of committed projects on-schedule and with agreed scope, from receipt of the initial IT Request, through creation of the business case, and all phases of development and deployment through acceptance to a production-ready state.
